The Art Foundation House is a place designed to inspire and share artistic experiences: a sprawling midcentury house in the Donas, above Studio City, with West Hollywood on one side of the hill and Ventura Boulevard on the other. Pines and oaks close in around a wide lawn, a brick-edged pool that turns deep blue after dark surround an exhibition of art and design within the house's unique layout. Inside are five bedrooms and three living areas, including two themed rooms: an English-inspired club room and a French-inspired pink bedroom. A large den with a white baby grand piano, a minimalist living room that doubles as a gallery, and a dining area joined by natural light complete the plan. The house is available for productions and other small functions, with the aim of placing it in refined content and stylish events. It sits just off Laurel Canyon on a wide road, with ample parking and three access points to the grounds.
