Our design-led villa in La Eliana, near Valencia, offers a versatile setting for film, photography and creative productions. Open-plan interiors feature a marble kitchen island, herringbone floors and a sculptural curved staircase with marble flooring —ideal backdrops for fashion, lifestyle, product and interior shoots. Outside, a 1,500 m² private plot includes a 6 × 12 m swimming pool, landscaped gardens, several terraces, a covered colonnade and an outdoor Paella kitchen. The variety of indoor and outdoor spaces allows multiple looks and scenes to be captured in one location. Earthy tones with marble accents, and wooden cupboards & herringbone floors and marble bathrooms make it a creative space for Zeitgeist backdrops. A large covered terrace with view on big pool an old olive tree and the green garden with privacy offer more outdoor possibilities for Shootings. An additional raw 200 m² basement with 3.5 m high white ceilings can be used as an additional space for either shootings or store material or changing outits.
