This secluded 85-acre working farm in South Georgia offers a wide variety of natural, rustic and production-friendly settings within one privately controlled property. Ideal for photography, commercials, film and television, music videos, branded content, editorial shoots, interviews and other creative productions. The property features dense pine and hardwood woods, secluded clearings, large live oaks draped in Spanish moss, sandy dirt roads and trails, open pastures, a beautiful pond with wooded islands, overgrown areas, vines, fallen timber, old fence lines and back acreage with little to no visible modern development. Different areas of the property can create dramatically different looks without requiring a company move. Rustic and distressed elements include sheds, pole barns, chicken coops, vintage/storage trailers and campers, farm machinery, old equipment, scrap, tires, engines and assorted weathered materials. Many non-permanent items may be moved or incorporated as props or set dressing with prior approval. The property works especially well for rural Southern, farm, wilderness, backwoods, period-friendly, abandoned/distressed, horror, thriller and post-apocalyptic looks. This is also an active working farm with horses, goats, pigs, chickens, roosters, ducks, turkeys, guineas and dogs. Farm animals may be available for productions or photography with owner supervision, and livestock can often be relocated between areas to accommodate a shoot. Productions have access to extensive onsite parking and staging areas with room for passenger vehicles, production trucks, box trucks, equipment trailers, cast and department trailers, catering, generators, tents, self-contained production RVs and basecamp operations. Large vehicles can access the property and turn around onsite. We are happy to consider more involved production needs as well, including temporary set builds, set holds between shoot days, approved digging or dirt work, vegetation and landscape modifications, fencing, paths, temporary structures, drones, overnight schedules and extended productions. Approved production effects may also be considered with appropriate safety measures, insurance and required permits. A tractor, excavator and UTV may be available by prior arrangement, along with an experienced owner-operator for approved production needs. Running water is available in selected areas, generators are permitted, and portable restroom facilities may be brought onsite. The property may also be considered for basecamp, crew parking and production staging for projects filming at other nearby locations.
