    Bright huge open space with 20 foot ceilings. White Entry way that will accommodate a small pop up shop with a larger room that is coded for 40 people. Has a full Kitchen, three container sink, two bathrooms and large open space that will accommodate 4 to 5 8 topper tables depending on arrangement. Could also be used for small group exercise, lcooking classes, etc. Rectangular shape approximately 18 feet wide and approximately 50 feet deep in large space and 18 feet wide and 30 feet deep in front entry way.

    We expect trash to be collected and taken out, counters to be wiped down, floor to be swept by renter. We will have professional cleaning for deep clean completed after rental time is complete.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
