The East Kitchen Lounge features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a large island, dining and bar seating, a comfortable lounge area, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding city. Connected directly to the East Sky Terrace, the space offers a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The East Sky Terrace provides a spacious outdoor setting with landscaped greenery, lounge seating, dining areas, multiple BBQ facilities, and scenic city views. Together, the three areas create a versatile setting for private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, entertainment, and creative productions. The space can accommodate up to 150 guests maximum and can be arranged to suit a variety of event formats and production needs. Additional Building Fee: A non-refundable building fee is required prior to booking confirmation. The building fee is a flat $455 for bookings of 0–4 hours. For bookings exceeding 4 hours, an additional $115 per hour applies. Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable Visloft security deposit is also required prior to booking confirmation. The deposit is returned following the booking, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the space and compliance with Visloft’s rental terms. Both the building fee and refundable security deposit must be paid before the booking can be confirmed and the space secured.
