The East Kitchen & Dining features a modern kitchen with a large island, dining area, comfortable seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an ideal space for entertaining, dining, and social gatherings. The East Recreation area adds a more casual entertainment component with recreational amenities, open gathering space, and additional seating. The East Sky Terrace completes the experience with spacious outdoor seating, landscaped greenery, dining areas, BBQ facilities, and scenic city views. The connected indoor-outdoor layout allows guests to move seamlessly between the spaces throughout an event. The East Grand Wing can accommodate up to 225 guests maximum and can be arranged to suit a variety of private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, networking events, productions, screenings, social events, and creative projects. Additional Building Fee: A non-refundable building fee is required prior to booking confirmation. The building fee is a flat $678 for bookings of 0–4 hours. For bookings exceeding 4 hours, an additional $165 per hour applies. Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable VisLoft security deposit is also required prior to booking confirmation. The deposit is returned following the booking, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the space and compliance with VisLoft’s rental terms. Both the building fee and refundable security deposit must be paid before the booking can be confirmed and the space secured.
