Creative Industrial Photo/Video Studio with Natural Light + Assorted Backdrops

This 900 sq. ft. working photography and artist studio offers a versatile, creative space for portrait, branding, fashion, editorial and product photography, content creation, music videos and small video productions. The studio has a creative industrial feel with approximately 15-foot ceilings, paint-marked concrete floors, cinderblock walls and a large roll-up garage door, balanced with warm, eclectic touches, plants, wood and gold accents, and a variety of furniture and props. A large roll-up garage door can be opened for abundant natural light. Mornings offer softer indirect light, while direct afternoon light begins entering the studio after approximately 12 PM. A translucent curtain can be drawn across the opening to soften and diffuse the light. The door can also remain closed for photographers using studio lighting. Multiple shooting options make it easy to create several different looks during one booking. The studio includes a white shooting wall, several assorted canvas backdrops, black and white V-flats, large colored shooting flats in terracotta, green, gray, black, and white, and seamless paper backdrops in cocoa, pecan, blue, green, black, gray and white. Seamless paper may be used as a hanging backdrop at no additional charge. Floor pulls are available as an add-on due to paper consumption. A variety of movable furniture and posing pieces is included, such as a gray chaise lounge, multiple accent/arm chairs, assorted short and tall stools, black and white acrylic posing cubes, wooden boxes. Production equipment includes two continuous LED light panels with stands, two rolling C-stands, two standard light stands, sandbags, a 7-foot parabolic umbrella, two additional umbrellas, a portable backdrop stand, V-flats, extension cords and a fan for hair and movement. Professional strobe lighting is not included, and photographers are welcome to bring their own. For hair, makeup and wardrobe, the studio has two large rolling work/glam tables, a makeup chair, two full-length mirrors, a rolling clothing rack, hangers and a garment steamer. The private restroom can also be used for changing. The studio is completely ground-level with convenient load-in and free shared parking directly outside. Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker are included. This is the working studio of a professional photographer and artist. The host is typically available in a separate on-site office if assistance is needed with the space or canvas backdrop system. Please note that the studio is located in a shared commercial property and is not soundproof. Neighboring businesses are generally quiet, but occasional ambient noise may be heard, so the space is best suited for productions that do not require completely controlled live audio.
