With its practical layout and inviting atmosphere, the West Art Studio is ideal for painting sessions, art classes, craft workshops, design projects, content creation, photoshoots, team-building activities, and private creative gatherings. The studio can accommodate up to 10 guests maximum and is best suited for smaller, hands-on creative sessions and productions. Additional Building Fee: A non-refundable building fee is required prior to booking confirmation. The building fee is a flat $226 for bookings of 0–4 hours. For bookings exceeding 4 hours, an additional $55 per hour applies. Refundable Security Deposit: A $200 refundable Visloft security deposit is also required prior to booking confirmation. The deposit is returned following the booking, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the space and compliance with Visloft’s rental terms. Both the building fee and refundable security deposit must be paid before the booking can be confirmed and the space secured.
