The space has been used for film & photo shoots, fittings, auditions in addition to dance rehearsals & performances. It has a dedicated kitchenette and bathroom. It is up one flight of (industrial size) stairs. There is parking out front. There are eight windows in the space which are south and west facing providing beautiful light all day long. The natural light can be blocked out with black curtains. There is some street noise so it's not suited for filming where audio is critical. Crew access via stairs. The stairs only serve this space so they're all yours. There is another 200 sf studio out back that can be used as a staging area (please request this ahead of time). There are 20 electrical outlets in the space and the circuit breaker is next to the door if needed. We haven't needed it yet as the power supply is robust.
