Inspired by the glamour of Elvis Presley, the elegance of Italian tailoring and the unmistakable atmosphere of Miami Vice, the space combines deep petrol-blue walls, vintage furnishings, brass and gold accents, collectible watches, rare vintage soccer jerseys and beautifully curated menswear. The approximately 1,500-square-foot boutique offers around 1,000 square feet of usable production space, with several visually distinctive areas, including an oversized ornate gold mirror, vintage display cabinets, a lounge area with leather seating, a statement counter and large street-facing windows. The intentionally atmospheric interior lighting creates a cinematic setting, while natural daylight enters through the storefront. Production teams are welcome to bring their own temporary lighting equipment. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fitting room, restroom, seating, wardrobe rack, steamer, sound system and coffee facilities. The boutique is available primarily in its existing configuration, offering multiple ready-made shooting backgrounds without the need for extensive set design. Small creative teams, fashion brands, photographers and filmmakers are welcome. Selective brand presentations and intimate professional gatherings may also be considered with prior approval. All bookings are personally reviewed to ensure the space is suitable for the proposed activity and that its unique furnishings and merchandise remain protected.
