Welcome to our spacious dance studio located in the heart of Soutlake. Our approximately 1,000 sq. ft. ballroom offers a large, open floor plan with beautiful wood flooring and mirrored walls, making it an ideal space for dance rehearsals, classes, workshops, private lessons, group activities, and special events. The rental also includes approximately 600 sq. ft. Of outdoor space with tree coverage, table, and string lighting, providing and additional area for guests to gather, relax, or take a break from the main ballroom. Together, the indoor ballroom and outdoor area provide approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of usable rental space. The ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests and can be adapted to fit a variety of uses. A high-quality sound system is connected throughout the studio with easy-to-play music access. The space also provides colored lighting that can transform the ballroom for evening parties, socials, and celebrations. Guests also have access to WiFi, two unisex restrooms, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. A small selection of tables are available, along with lounge seating in both the front reception area and ballroom. Located directly off Southlake Boulevard, the studio is easy to access and offers excellent visibility in a convenient Southlake location. Free parking is available for approximately 20-30 vehicles.
