With 17-foot ceilings and an eclectic mix of art and mid-century design, this sunlit Lower East Side loft offers a distinctive backdrop for photography and film. Warm hardwood floors, large windows, and greenery give the space an inviting, lived-in feel. Standout features include a dramatic 17-foot bookcase filled with books, plants, and sculptural objects, an open wooden staircase, a piano, and contemporary artwork throughout. From the art-filled seating area to the bookcase and dining space, the loft offers several distinct settings within one location—well suited to fashion editorials, lifestyle photography, UGC shoots, interviews, and films. Please note that the artwork and furnishings are delicate. If your project requires any pieces to be moved, please request this in advance so arrangements can be made.
