Health and Safety Measures

We maintain strict hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every production crew and podcast host: • High-Touch Gear Sanitisation: Before and after every recording session, all microphones, RØDE boom arms, audio cables, mixers, and furniture surfaces are carefully sanitised using electronics-safe disinfectant wipes. • Furniture & Upholstery Care: Velvet armchairs, plush cushions, and upholstered sofas are regularly deep-cleaned, vacuumed, and spot-sanitised to maintain maximum comfort and visual appeal for video recordings. • Professional Room Cleaning: The studio floor, tables, windows, and surrounding office areas undergo routine professional cleaning. • Trash & Waste Disposal: Waste bins and recycling points are provided in the room. Guests are asked to dispose of disposable cups, water bottles, and personal rubbish when wrapping up their session.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
