Celebrate in a real Red Hook motorcycle clubhouse with lounge seating, art, motorcycles and a stocked bar staffed for your event. Groups of up to 30 reserve the front café/lounge, approximately 680 sq ft excluding the bathroom. Groups of 31–70 also use the cleared back section, with workshop operations shut down. Front-room rentals have a three-hour minimum. Rates start at $200/hour for 1–15 people and $250/hour for 16–30 people. Full-space bookings require at least five hours. Rates and included staffing depend on total attendance. Drinks are purchased separately at menu prices, and outside food or catering is welcome.
Choose the rental that fits your total group size, including organizers and vendors:
1–15 people: front café/lounge with 1 bartender; $200/hour Monday–Thursday or $250/hour Friday–Sunday.
16–30 people: front café/lounge with 1 bartender and 1 barback; $250/hour Monday–Thursday or $300/hour Friday–Sunday.
31–45 people: front lounge plus the cleared back section, typically with 1 bartender and 1 barback, subject to the agreed drink service; $350/hour Monday–Thursday or $400/hour Friday–Sunday.
46–70 people: front lounge plus the cleared back section, with at least 2 bartenders and 1 barback, subject to the agreed drink service; $450/hour Monday–Thursday or $500/hour Friday–Sunday.
Front-room bookings are best suited to standing receptions, drinks and light refreshments. The 30-person front-room limit is for standing or mingling, not seated dining. Seating and eating surfaces are limited; a small food table may be arranged near the bar. Meals, buffet setups or substantial catering may require a full-space booking even for groups of 30 or fewer. Discuss your food plan and layout before booking; any full-space arrangement is quoted separately to account for workshop shutdown and the required staffing.
Front-room bookings reserve the front area for your group. Members may work reasonably in the back and pass through for bathroom access. For groups above 30, workshop operations shut down and the host team clears and rearranges the back section before the booking. The booking allowance is up to 70 guests, organizers and outside vendors combined, plus up to five host/bar staff, within a maximum total of 75 people onsite. DJs, caterers, photographers and other outside vendors count within the 70. If more than five host/bar staff are required, the guest/vendor allowance is reduced to keep the total onsite count within 75. Staffing, layout and any temporary or special arrangements are confirmed with the host before booking and must remain within this total capacity. The full rentable event area is approximately 1,500 sq ft overall, including the bathroom. The front café/lounge is approximately 680 sq ft, excluding the bathroom, and the rear workshop area is approximately 25 × 25 ft. Ceilings are approximately 18 ft high. Open floor space varies with motorcycles, furniture and the agreed setup.
Bar staffing is planned around attendance and the agreed drink menu. Around 31 guests, one bartender and one barback will typically be appropriate; around 46 guests, plan on at least two bartenders and one barback. More complex drink service may require additional staff. Confirm the included team and any additional staffing charges in your quote before booking. The agreed included bar team remains onsite for the entirety of your event, throughout all booked event hours. Guests purchase beer, cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks separately at menu prices. We’ll share the current menu and discuss your preferred selection during your inquiry. No BYOB or self-service bar access. Gratuity is not required or automatically added.
A full espresso bar serves lattes, cappuccinos and cortados, alongside hot chocolate, passion tea lemonade and Arnold Palmers. Café drinks give guests a choice beyond alcohol and are purchased separately. Discuss service timing and your preferred selection in advance.
Load-in: the front entrance is the shorter route. The two front doors are each approximately 4 ft wide and 8 ft high. Equipment continuing to the rear workshop passes through the approximately 4-ft-wide passage beside the bar. The alternate route typically starts with street unloading on Van Dyke Street, through an outer building door and an internal hallway to our rear double doors. This longer route works for wheeled equipment and avoids the bar-side passage. There is no step at our rear entrance, but there is a normal curb between street and sidewalk. Street unloading is subject to space availability and posted restrictions. Include loading and unloading in your booked access window; confirm doorway and hallway clearances with the host before booking large equipment.
Included furniture comprises 3 couches, 7 bar stools, 3 additional low chairs, 2 coffee tables, 2 folding tables and a bar surface. Guests may bring additional chairs; coordinate the layout and delivery schedule with the host before booking. Full-space access adds cleared floor space and does not include a complete seated-dining setup. A projector with a 130-inch screen, house sound system, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are available. Confirm AV connections and your layout before booking. The space and its one bathroom are wheelchair accessible.
Outside food and catering are welcome with advance coordination. No kitchen, guest cooking or food-preparation access is included. All beverages are supplied through house service.
Front-room bookings for up to 30 people have a three-hour minimum. Full-space bookings have a five-hour minimum, including smaller groups that need the back section for food or layout. Please reserve your full expected access time upfront, including deliveries, setup, the event, breakdown and guest cleanup. Three hours is the minimum, not a recommended total for every party. Longer events should be booked for the full duration before confirmation; extensions are subject to host approval and availability and cannot be assumed. Full-space requests submitted for less than five hours must be adjusted before acceptance. Guests must put loose plates, food and trash into the provided receptacles and remove their own belongings, catering supplies, decorations and props within the booked time. The host handles disposal into onsite bins and final cleaning. The host team restores workshop equipment and the agreed furniture layout.
Motorcycles, tools, lifts, machines and member property are not available for guest handling or operation. Any use of a motorcycle as a featured prop must be arranged separately and requires an additional bike rental. Do not start engines indoors.
DJs, live music and amplified sound require advance approval. Elevated-volume music must come down by 10:30 PM; lower-volume music may continue afterward. Bookings must end by midnight on Friday and Saturday nights and by 11:30 PM Sunday–Thursday, including guest teardown and departure. The space is not soundproof. Security cameras remain on during bookings. Youth celebrations require an adult organizer and an agreed supervision plan.
Please include your event type, total headcount, requested layout, catering and AV needs, and complete schedule when inquiring. Rates are for space and included staffing; drinks and any agreed extras are additional.
Full-space events requiring the back section need at least 48 hours’ advance notice, and some arrangements may need more. Decoration removal, equipment breakdown and removal of guest belongings must fit within the booked time. Host final cleaning takes place afterward; we allow a one-hour turnaround before another rental. Equipment deliveries before your booked access time require advance approval and may incur an additional fee where storage or placement affects venue preparation. Any fee is quoted and agreed before confirmation. Early delivery does not include setup access.
