My approximately 800-square-foot Rockaway apartment features a living room, bedroom, basic bathroom, and kitchen, with enough space for set dressing and production needs. Located just one block from the beach, it’s a great option for small shoots, photo productions, or as a holding location. I previously worked in the industry, so I understand the needs and expectations of a production. Complimentary crafty is available for the first crew, with the option to add meals for an additional fee.
