The approximately 4,146-square-foot home includes four bedrooms, a residential kitchen, dining and living spaces that offer varied backgrounds for small still-photography projects. Weekday inquiries are especially welcome. The whole interior may be included in an agreed photography scope, with the rooms, people and equipment confirmed before booking. There is a ten-hour minimum. Bookable access is 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific with at least 72 hours’ advance notice. Maximum 15 total production attendees, including crew, talent, clients, vendors and visitors. All arrival, setup, photography and wrap must fit within the reserved access period. Share your project purpose, shot list, total people, equipment and vehicle needs. On-site parking is limited to four vehicles total, including staff and vendors. The closed blufftop viewing deck, fenced areas, rooftop terrace, sauna, hot tub, neighborhood beach entrance and public beach are outside this photography offering. No motion filming or behind-the-scenes video without separate approval. No generators, drones, amplified sound, street staging or furniture movement without prior written permission. The property is near the airport flight path and is not a soundproof studio.
