This is also a City of Indio requirement and must be completed along with the lease agreement prior to providing access to each property. Other things to note The pool is outdoors. There is a skimmer net available for your use to remove any items that get in the pool. For pool, spa and tub heating there’s additional charge of $100 a day for each pool or spa ,jets and pet(s), et al are also ad-on items. **POOL OR SPA HEAT - If you want a heated pool, please try to tell us at least 24 hours prior to arrival since it may take 24 hours to heat up if you’re making it almost as hot as a big hot tub. Maximum pool temp is 92. Please note that spa jets require paid spa heating. We control the pool, spa, hot tub, and jacuzzi heating remotely to ensure everything is ready and comfortable for your stay! Note: *Any and all fees are not refundable. For example the pool or spa/hot tub because we still have to pay for the heating, late or early check in or pet fees because we regardless coordinate with cleaners and any maintenance workers, et al. Thank you for your assumed understanding. Normal time of pool cleaning is Monday/Thursday, but sometimes that day can change due to holidays or circumstances outside our control. They always come twice a week though. Guest must temporarily step out so the cleaning can be completed safely and efficiently. If you want extra pool services please let us know like someone to come outside or normal hours then based on availability $50 fee applies. If you require a pool with no natural materials in it ever, then we suggest booking a place with an indoor pool. *Also as of October 2025 our insurance requires we not provide pool floaties for guest use. If you see them we have to tell you not to use them; if you decide to bring your own floaties for the pool your use and that of your guests is at your own risk. Again we cannot facilitate your use of pool floaties and if you see any please understand those are not for guest use at all. Temperatures set too low can damage the system due to extreme desert heat. If you want it lower we can set it on our end to 70°F for a short time. Our driveway fits two cars and there is lot's of street parking but please don't bring too many cars, we won't like to have too many such as over four due to party risk. We have cameras on side, backyard, and front door for security. if you prefer to unplug the backyard camera that’s ok but just that one that faces the pool from far away that we mentioned. The front and side yard need to stay on always. No parties. The City of Indio has strict noise ordinances. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate Airbnb policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest. Propane for firepit is provided by guests. NOTE: Although this is a quaint residential neighborhood, Indio is a diverse community. This is an amazing area it’s next to Park Madison it’s a pocket called Indian Gardens and it is extremely safe. Door Code Instructions: Once you’ve received your unique door code, ensure the buttons on the keypad light up and beep before entering your code. After typing in your code, press the checkmark, padlock or hashtag button to unlock. *Smooth Automated Checkin Process* **Our check in website is available for all guests 48-72 hours before your stay. Lease is required to be signed of all guests prior to us sending your unique and secure code. Please note that the pool is serviced twice weekly. Should you request an additional cleaning outside of the scheduled visits, our pool technician charges $75. Attractions to Make the Most of Your Experience in Indio -It’s approximately a 15-minute drive to the Desert International Horse Park. -CoachellaFest is approximately 10-minute drive -Grocery stores are 5-min drive -Acrisure Arena is 25-minute drive -Palm Springs is a 30-minute drive Also there are a variety of insects, pests, and small animals that live outdoors and may come onto the property, or even sneak into the house. We do employ a monthly pest control service. We cannot guarantee you will NOT see an insect or animal on the grounds, inside the house, etc, so no refunds will be given if an animal or insect is observed on the property!
