This is an exterior space that works well for music videos and industrial themed productions. The space has a water hose that works well to wet the floor and bounce back lighting in night shoots. The Gate to the lot opens up allowing vehicles to park outside the warehouse to add on to the set. There is a power cord outside to power lighting, speaker, etc. There is also a back alley perfect for a different look.
