IMPORTANT VENUE RULES & POLICIES To maintain a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone, the following policies are strictly enforced: * 2:00 AM HARD CUTOFF: All events must end, and every guest, vendor, and event organizer must be completely vacated from the premises no later than 2:00 AM. * NO OUTSIDE LINGERING: Guests are not permitted to congregate, loiter, or continue socializing outside the venue after the event. * NO OUTSIDE DRINKING: Alcohol consumption is not permitted outside the designated indoor event space. * DESIGNATED EVENT AREAS ONLY: All event activities must remain inside the rented event space or within the authorized back parking lot area. Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. * RESPECT THE PROPERTY: Guests and event organizers are expected to respect the venue, surrounding businesses, and neighborhood. * EVENT HOST RESPONSIBILITY: The person booking the venue is responsible for ensuring their guests follow all venue policies.
