    A freshly renovated 135 m² studio in Berlin’s Gaswerksiedlung, featuring a bright, open main space with natural pine flooring. Its simple interior and warm character provide a versatile setting for photo and film shoots, workshops, yoga, rehearsals and intimate listening sessions. The open layout can be arranged to suit your activity, while two separate support rooms offer space for preparation, styling, equipment storage or behind-the-scenes work. Free street parking is usually available directly outside, making arrival and equipment transport convenient for guests and production crews.

    Health and Safety Measures

    Our space is professionally cleaned after every booking to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for each guest. We kindly ask guests to leave the space tidy and dispose of their waste in the designated bins. Please separate your rubbish and take it to the trash containers in the backyard of the building. To reach them, go through the door behind the staircase on the ground floor, then turn left. The containers are at the end of the street.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
