A 5,330 sq ft full-floor loft with exposed ceilings, modern furnishings, and varied sets in one place: an open living and game room with a 100" TV, pool table and darts, a 16-person conference room, seven styled king bedrooms with en-suite baths, and a private patio with a hangar door. Furniture can be rearranged by our staff on request, and the cast and crew can stay the night for early call times. His-and-hers commercial restrooms are on the floor in addition to the en-suite baths. Pricing: the hourly rate ($500/hr, 4-hour minimum, so a standard 4-hour booking is $2,000) covers your time in the space. Every booking also requires the suite's overnight lodging, which is in addition to the hourly rate and varies by day, so please inquire for lodging pricing for your date. The $2,000 fee includes an event coordinator, bartender, security, service staff, cleaning, tables, chairs, and table linens. Our culinary team handles all food service, so we kindly ask that no outside catering be brought in.
