At 4,661 sq ft, this full-floor Grand Suite is HR2's largest residence, with open living space for sessions and breakouts, a 100" TV for presentations, a pool table and game area for downtime, and a private patio with skyline views. Eight king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath, sleep up to 16, ideal for leadership retreats and multi-day offsites. Folding banquet tables, chairs, and linens are available for workshop setups, and the floor also has his-and-hers commercial restrooms. Pricing: the $500/hr rate (4-hour minimum, so a standard 4-hour booking is $2,000) covers your time in the space. Every booking also requires the suite's overnight lodging, which is added on top of the hourly rate and changes by the day, so send us your date and we'll share the lodging price. Your $2,000 fee covers an event coordinator, bartender, security, service staff, cleaning, tables, chairs, and table linens. All food is prepared by our culinary team, so outside catering isn't permitted, but we're happy to build a menu around your booking.
