At 4,661 sq ft, this full-floor Grand Suite is HR2's largest residence, with open living and game space, a 100" TV, a pool table, and a private patio with skyline views. Eight king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath, sleep up to 16 guests. For events, the floor also has his-and-hers commercial restrooms. Event Pricing: the $500/hr rate (4-hour minimum, so a standard 4-hour event is $2,000) covers the event itself, and the overnight stay is booked separately. Your $2,000 event fee covers an event coordinator, bartender, security, service staff, cleaning, tables, chairs, and table linens. Lodging rates change by the day and are added on top of the event fee, so send us your date and we'll share the lodging price. Alcohol: the suite does not hold a liquor license, so guests bring their own alcohol and our staff pours it. Ticket sales, cash bars, and charging for drinks are not allowed. For groups of up to 80 or for ticketed and cash-bar events, ask about our licensed event venue in the same building. HR2 belongs to HR Collection, a family of Denver stays and venues that includes HR of Denver, HR2, and Local 75. All food is prepared by our culinary team, so outside catering isn't permitted, but we're happy to build a menu around your event. Tours are available upon request.
