t The Curated Foundry, we take pride in delivering a pristine, high-end environment for every booking. To ensure our historic industrial space remains in exceptional condition for every creator, host, and guest, we require a standard $200 cleaning fee with all event rentals and maintain the following guidelines.
1. Cleaning Fee & Responsibilities
What Your $200 Cleaning Fee Covers:
Your $200 cleaning fee covers standard post-event maintenance by our professional team, including full surface sanitization, trash bag consolidation, restroom deep cleaning, and floor care after your reservation ends.
What Guests Are Responsible For Before Checkout:
While we handle the heavy post-event deep cleaning, guests are required to leave the space in "broom-clean" condition at the conclusion of their reserved time window:
Trash Consolidation: All trash, food waste, and event debris must be bagged and placed in the designated trash receptacles provided.
Removal of Decor & Rentals: All vendor equipment, personal belongings, outside catering gear, and decorations must be completely removed by the end of your booking time.
Major Spills: Liquid or food spills must be wiped down using the on-site cleaning supplies to prevent permanent damage or staining to historic flooring and furniture.
Space Reset: Tables, chairs, and studio gear moved during your event should be returned to their original layout unless prior arrangements were approved by host staff.
2. Food, Beverage & Decor Guidelines
Outside Catering: Catering prep must be done within designated prep/kitchenette areas. Grease, frying, or open flames (without proper Sterno setups) are strictly prohibited.
Ice & Coolers: Beverage stations, ice chests, or coolers must have protective drip mats or trays underneath to safeguard floors.
Prohibited Items: Confetti, glitter, rice, loose flower petals, glitter sprays, paint, and open wax candles are strictly prohibited. Bringing prohibited items will result in an additional deep-cleaning
