    Health and Safety Measures

    For Peerspace, keep this reassuring and simple. You don't want it to sound like renters are expected to do the host's cleaning. I would put: The space is professionally cleaned and prepared before each booking. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup during and at the end of their booking, including removing personal belongings, disposing of garbage, and returning furniture and equipment to their original position. Please leave the space in the same general condition.

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
