The flexible room is designed for small groups of approximately 8–12 guests, with layouts suited to conversation, shared activities, and seated gatherings. Enjoy a private entrance, a full bathroom, an electric piano, a speaker and microphone, and a television for presentations or visual materials. Driveway parking accommodates at least four cars, with additional street parking nearby. The location is convenient to I-95 Exit 44. Teachers, tutors, music instructors, massage practitioners, coaches, and other independent professionals are welcome to ask about special rates and recurring arrangements. Massage practitioners bring their own table. Secure on-site storage for teaching aids and working materials is available to recurring renters by arrangement.
