Street level, fully accessible, brick building, working photography studio with a fun mural on the exterior. 
Projector and moveable tv available.
Large West and South facing windows with diffusion and black-out shades. 
Enter through the glass door on the corner. 
Plant containers are maintained for each season of the year.   
Once in the space, you are in a 20x25 large room with gray laminate floors. 
Two large 15-foot backdrops with paper rolls are available. These are multipurpose for projection needs. 
One 8x4 moveable wall on wheels can be moved around the space to create different seating vignettes or divide the room.
Various couches and lounge chairs available for use including; a mid-century modern white, grey loveseat, and velvet green lounge. 
We have three large wood farm tables that can be used. 
We can provide seating for up to 30 people.
Six-foot bar on wheels is available.
An accessible bathroom is onsite with a baby changing table. 
Coffee station available. 
Studio strobes, stands, and light modifiers are available for rent upon request.
Private offices will be locked and unavailable for rental.

Creative Studio Space

Welcome to the Two Bit Game Room. From baby showers, to birthdays, to retirement parties, guests of all ages love retro games. Our unique space is perfect for corporate team-building retreats, sports banquets, bachelor parties, game nights and all types of family gatherings. Our eclectic collection of arcade and 80s & 90s pop culture memorabilia as well as vibrant lighting, games and effects make this unique space perfect for photo and video shoots.

You and your guests will have exclusive access to 3000 square feet of classic arcade games set to free play. At any given time, we have between 50-70 classic and newer arcade games including fan favorites like Pac Man and Donkey Kong, as well as some pinball, console games, board games and more! Specific arcade games may vary as we also rent games for off-site events

Included is a separate 3000 square foot lounge space where you can serve refreshments and allow your guests to socialize. You may bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Event organizers should also bring utensils, plates, napkins, cups, etc for serving refreshments. You will have use of a refrigerator, freezer and several serving tables. We do not have kitchen facilities so plan to bring food that is prepped and ready to eat or that does not require preparation. (Crock pots are OK.) Please keep refreshments in the lounge space!

Furniture in the lounge space can be arranged to accommodate guest needs: 3 couches, 1 arm chair, four tables (6'x4'), four round tables (3' diameter), a large round table with seating and 30 chairs.

80s style classic video arcade and retro game lounge

We have a spacious and comfortable space that offers infinite creativity. This rental comes with ~10+ sets that change out frequently with new setups and themes (may vary, feel free to ask about specific sets). These areas are included in your rental, but may have optional add-ons for certain aspects:

- 8ftx8ft speaker wall (2 larger TVs have HDMI input, 2 smaller TVs are static)
- Phone booth (inside light is full RGB, faulty bulb mode, and more), graffiti wall & vintage Pepsi machine
