Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests. This includes seating for the same number of guests, with 40 tables and restrooms available onsite.

Policies:
- Outside food is allowed and cooking can take place on-site. For beverages, BYO alcohol is permissible.
• Though we have a generous capacity, any event with more than 20 people requires separate insurance.
• Please note our strict cancellation policy, offering a 50% refund for cancellations made at least one week prior to the event check-in (for rain days only). Rescheduling is also possible, subject to host’s availability.

We have a beautiful salt box country home in the central area of Connecticut a little less than 30 mins  outside Hartford. Only 20 mins from Bradley International Airport BDL (ideally located between NYC + Boston) Updated over the past few years to a modern aesthetic that holds on to the historic New England charm of the home.

Picture worthy European inspired gardens. Chefs kitchen. In addition to the main kitchen we have an additional prep kitchen with stove, refrigerator and stainless steel counter.  Right next to the kitchen is an intimate sitting space with an oversized white brick fireplace and black cast iron wood stove.

The home has a spacious white living room and sun filled sunroom/breezeway. Dining room with gorgeous farmhouse table and vintage chandelier.

Dressing rooms available for your convenience of getting ready on site.  

Our home is ideal for elopements, micro weddings (no more than 40 guests) and intimate events like dinner & birthday parties, bridal & baby showers etc.
