Rent a space with a basement in Christiana, TN

Come on in! This boutique recording and content studio sits right outside Nashville with an added touch of New York energy. It's the kind of place that feels more like a friend's basement than a rented room. Each room (you heard us) is set up for recording your project, video and content shoots, or just a quiet spot to get creative work done for the day.

The layout gives you a few options. A live room (19' x 18' x 9') for tracking full bands or instruments, a separate control room for mixing and engineering, and an isolated vocal booth when you need clean takes. There's also a second room available on its own, perfect for producers or creators who just need their own corner to work without needing to book the whole space.

The gear's the real deal, thanks to a good relationship with Warm Audio and a few other partners, a solid mix of analog and digital, so you're not walking in and hoping for the best. It's built by hand, warm, wood-paneled, and lived-in in a way that's hard to find. The space offers professional tools without the insane price tag or attitude of being on Music Row.

We can do all kinds of things in addition to the services offered above, including:

Mixing & Mastering
Re-amping electric and bass guitars
Pitch shifting & time changing tracks and stems
Audio for video (foley & editing)

Hawkins Hideaway - Early 80s Themed Walk-In Basement

The space is a home basement that has been completely transformed into a mid-century style tiki bar. Walls and ceilings are covered in bamboo and matting. A large collection of tiki mugs, tiki carvings, lamps, puffer fish, glass floats and more adorn the room. It's old school tiki in here.

We have hosted pinup photo shoots and music video shoots in the past. There are a few locations within the space that can serve as different vignettes: the bar area itself complete with tiki stools and hanging glass floats, a weathered dock at the bottom of the stairs, and a nautical area with old ship doors and a stack of cargo. A bamboo-framed television acts as a faux window and can play videos of different tropical scenes (sunset, daytime, stormy, etc).

Also: There is a colorful mid-century style living room upstairs with a turquoise wall, vintage orange couch, and other vintage furniture.
