Top-Floor Downtown Loft with Skyline View

Perched atop a private hilltop at the end of a quiet mountain road, this gated 2-acre estate is surrounded by oak-studded rolling hills, with no neighbors in sight. Panoramic views of the Sierra foothills and Millerton Lake stretch in every direction, a rare backdrop for weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and family celebrations, accommodating groups of up to 60 comfortably across its indoor and outdoor spaces.

Outdoors is where this estate really shines. Say "I do" on the lush lawn overlooking the lake, then move guests to the paved patio for a seated dinner or evening dancing under the stars. Multiple balconies, private patios, and shaded nooks are scattered across the grounds, along with two outdoor dining setups (seating 8 and 6) and a cozy outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings. There's plenty of room to spread a large group across indoor and outdoor space at once, rather than crowding into one room.

Despite the seclusion, you're never far from everything: Table Mountain Casino, with its restaurants and live entertainment, is about 15 minutes away, a favorite pairing for guests who want a quieter, more private venue than the casino itself. Clovis is about 36 minutes out, and Fresno (with full airport access and additional catering/vendor options) is about 44 minutes.

Inside, the open-concept chef's kitchen with Gaggenau appliances anchors the main gathering space, ready for catering staff or a private chef. A wine cellar carved directly into the hillside rock offers an intimate setting for a private toast, tasting, or rehearsal dinner. A grand piano in the great room adds character to the space (a design piece, not tuned or available to play). A separate foosball room gives guests another spot to unwind during cocktail hour.

For overnight stays, four balconied bedrooms plus a children's loft offer restful accommodations for the wedding party or out-of-town guests staying beyond the event.
