This spacious outdoor property features one of the most impressive backyard setups in the Antelope Valley, centered around a large custom pool with a beautiful beach-style entry, sparkling blue water, waterfall feature, tropical landscaping, palm trees, lounge areas, and open mountain/desert views.

The backyard is ideal for birthday parties, baby showers, graduation celebrations, engagement gatherings, pool parties, family reunions, BBQs, content shoots, brand shoots, small receptions, wellness events, and relaxed outdoor get-togethers. The layout offers multiple usable areas so guests can spread out comfortably, including the main pool area, lounge chair seating, shaded patio seating, outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, private turf side yard, and a separate sport court area.

The custom pool is the centerpiece of the space, offering a high-end resort feel with a wide open swimming area, shallow beach-entry style section, waterfall/rock feature, and plenty of surrounding patio space for seating, food tables, decorations, and event setups. The pool area is surrounded by clean hardscape, greenery, palm trees, and resort-style lounge seating, making it great for both daytime events and beautiful photos.

Guests also have access to an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in BBQ, sink, counter space, refrigerator, and prep area, making the space perfect for catered events, casual grilling, food service, and outdoor dining. There is also a covered patio area with seating that can be used for meals, shade, gifts, dessert tables, or a comfortable hangout area away from the pool.

A major bonus is the dedicated private restroom, which gives guests convenient bathroom access without needing to enter the main home. The property also includes a large private basketball/sport court area, adding another activity option for guests and making the space especially appealing for family events, teen parties, sports-themed gatherings, and active outdoor events.

The backyard also includes a clean private turf side yard with stepping stones, additional seating, and flexible space that can be used for photos, kids’ activities, vendor setup, or a quiet sitting area. With open space, beautiful landscaping, resort-style features, and multiple zones for entertaining, this backyard works well for both relaxed gatherings and more polished private events.

Parking is one of the biggest advantages of this property. The space can accommodate 25+ cars, making it much easier for larger groups, vendors, and families to attend comfortably.

This is a great choice for guests looking for a private, spacious, upscale outdoor venue with a large pool, waterfall, BBQ, restroom, covered seating, sport court, and plenty of parking.
