A glass-front wine room creates cinematic sightlines into the great room. The piano room, foyer, and living room showcase classic Versailles pattern flooring for authentic historic texture, while the music room ceiling carries custom detailing that reads beautifully on camera. A full bar faces the Amityville River for effortless hospitality or bar-scene staging.

Bedroom and office spaces are equally camera ready. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two elegant bathrooms, with wainscoting throughout for refined visual depth. The dedicated office sits inside a turret with rich wood finishes that rise to the ceiling, and one of the bedrooms includes a petite turret for distinctive angles. There are two areas open for Photography and Videography. The photography studio is complete with multiple backdrops and props. ALL lights and fixtures are included in this space. Dressing room and camera attachments  are included in this space. 

The lounge can be used as a multipurpose room, you may choose to entertain your client here or take some shots here as well. The lounge has a comfortable feel including; a Full Bar, Saltwater Fish Tank, Piano, Dart Board, TV with all subscriptions, table games and more…

Professional Studio with Lounge

A modest space that can accommodate 100 people inside and outside. The outside view over looks the nautical mile. The inside is quaint and good for baby showers and private events. We also have a kitchen and an inside bar to accommodate all your needs.  We have a beautiful piano to bring pleasantries to your event.
