Have a successful photo shoot in the first floor of our historic mansion with high ceilings, extraordinary woodworking. and large leaded glass paned windows with natural light.  Living room features King and Queen Jacobean chairs, baby grand piano, cast iron fireplace, early 1900's style furniture, large bay window, and elegant chandeliers.  The billiard room features large antique table and chairs with master craftsman details, 1905 billiard table with blue cloth, large stone hearth with cast iron screen and fire tools, and original cast iron floor lamps. Blackout shades available to control lighting in billiard room.   Large smart TV monitor / WiFi available. 

Photo shoot themes include Medieval, Royalty, Presidential, Great Gatsby, Roaring 20's, throne, spy, gangster, and Victorian styles. During breaks or end of day, play some relaxing pool on the billiard table.  Spread out during summer onto outdoor terrace for happy hour or meal to refuel your team.  This space is perfect for photo shoots, music videos, and production events to name a few.  

Steps at every entrance, so will need to carry in any equipment.  No rolling cart access.

Production Space in Historic Urban Mansion

Our spaces are conducive to photographic shoots:

The parlour has a decadent vibe with zebra rug, Chesterfield sofas, baby grand piano and fireplace, surrounded by botanical curiosities. A light fixture made from a fishing trap hangs from the 10 foot ceiling. 

The map room is larger with more natural light. This room has maps of Australia and Australian artefacts such as shell shields and didgeridoos. It has a deep blue rug and a spectacular beaded light fixture also from the mother land. 

Photographs may also be taken in the entryway staircase. 

We are pleased to offer this introductory rate and offer a further 10% off for photographers who would allow us to use their high quality photos to advertise our space.
