Dream Venue for Weddings, Parties & Special Events

Built in 1894, Victorian View is a truly extraordinary property that blends historic charm with modern comfort. The main house features a spacious kitchen, an original winter kitchen with a large wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room, formal living room, and a full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you’ll find three nicely sized bedrooms, a full bathroom, a formal library, and a large walk-up attic.

An addition, connected by a breezeway/mudroom, expands the living space and includes a full washer and dryer. This wing offers a second full kitchen, a large family room, and a handicap-accessible full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms—one with a California king bed and one with a queen bed—along with another full bathroom. A second-floor deck overlooks the backyard and swimming pool, offering a peaceful spot to relax.

Outside, the home truly shines. A beautiful front porch with a swing overlooks open horse pastures, while an enclosed back porch provides the perfect place for an afternoon nap. The grounds are filled with mature plantings, flowers, and brick patio spaces ideal for outdoor entertaining. The large in-ground swimming pool includes a swim-out, diving board, and a pool house with a bar and bathroom. The yard is expansive, very private, and perfect for gathering or unwinding.

The home also features a full unfinished basement—historic, old, and a bit creepy—adding to the authentic character of this 19th-century Victorian.

A large Victorian-style brick house with a detailed gable and white trim is surrounded by blooming bushes and greenery under a partly cloudy sky.

The Victorian View– Relax, watch the horses & Enjoy the Countryside with pool!
