Peaceful Farm Getaway

Backyard is great for birthday parties, baby showers, brunches bbq’s, candle lit dinners and a movie, movie night, hibachi night, so many different activities. 
The backyard has a wood deck with a separate patio area. The deck has a gazebo equipped with table and chairs that would be great for hosting a brunch. The patio area is equipped with sofa, two big comfy chairs and two swivel chairs 
Also included is a fire put, a projector and 120 inch screen, which creates an awesome movie night. 
Guests are able to enter from side gate and have access to the bathroom and stove/oven and microwave if needed.  
We can also provide table linen, silverware, china, wine glasses, decor and desserts for an additional fee.

Backyard Boogie

Our home's wine cave and backyard are perfect for hosting intimate gatherings. Seating capacity is as follows: 
- Wine cave can seat 8 at a long table (2 additional people can fit in if you seat 2 people at each end of table)
- Outdoor patio can seat 8 at a long table  (2 additional people can fit in if you seat 2 people at each end of table)
- Outdoor patio soft seating can seat 6 and additional chairs can be provided

Plenty of free street parking.

There is 1 accessible bathroom downstairs in the house. Guests would enter through the backyard sliding door and walk through the kitchen. 

The kitchen is accessible if needed for catering/cooking, but it is not available for accommodating guests/seating. 

The backyard is uncovered so please take weather into consideration for your bookings. We have had events in the rain before but that requires you renting lage tents from a rental company, and booking additional hours for set up and break down.

PLAYTE Kitchen is a vibrant and versatile culinary event space in the heart of Napa. Our 2,600 sq. ft. facility is designed for creativity, collaboration, and connection—perfect for cooking classes, meetings, team-building events, private celebrations, and content creation.

The main cooking area spans over 1,200 sq. ft. and features six custom kitchen islands on wheels, allowing flexible configurations for hands-on classes, demos, or receptions. The space is filled with natural light from overhead skylights and accented by warm wood, exposed brick, metal details, and lush greenery for a modern yet inviting feel.

In addition to the main kitchen, we offer a large meeting room (ideal for boardroom or theater-style setups) and a smaller meeting room that’s perfect for breakout sessions, wine pairings, or private dining. Both rooms can be rented together or separately. A small back patio provides an open-air option for breaks or casual gatherings. The building is fully ADA compliant and includes two restrooms.

Whether you’re hosting a corporate retreat, filming a cooking demo, or planning a celebration, PLAYTE Kitchen provides everything you need to make your event seamless. Our flexible setup accommodates a variety of event types—from intimate dinners to cocktail-style receptions for up to 90 guests.
