Cedar wood cabin home approximately 1500 sq ft on a 2 acre wooded parcel with cleared space front and back yard  and fenced garden.

Outdoor spaces: We have a front porch that overlooks the front lawn. It is equipt with couch seating and a coffee table as well as a garden table and chair set. The balcony overlooks the front yard as well and has a set of lounge chairs. The backporch has both an outdoor dining set for 6 and a lounging couch. 

No matter where you find yourself outside, you’ll be greeted by the many hummingbirds that also make our space their home.

Walking in the front door leads you to the open dining and living area. Here you'll find a bookself set decorated with a record player system, books and art. Behind the dining area is a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking the garden walkway. 

There is both a wallpaper decorated half bathroom and a full bathroom equipped with a deep soaking tub and dual shower heads.

The first guest room, the “Blue Room”, has a queen sized bed, closet, and a small chest of drawers. Kick back and enjoy the works on the gallery wall or sit on the comfy chair,  grab a book and start a journey through the classics.

The second guest room, the “Red Room”, has a queen sized bed and a closet. A collection of eclectic pieces inspired by nature and books for Children through Young Adult readers can be enjoyed.

The large master bedroom, the “Green Room”, has a king sized bed, a chest of drawers, a vanity, and a closet. Grab a book from the collection, walk out onto the private balcony and enjoy reading while listening to the sounds of nature.

A Modern Cabin in Middletown

The entire area is designed for a great time either with a group of up to 30 or just a couple.  There is a 1500 bottle wine cellar with tasting table that seats 10, bar and lounge area with pool, darts, TV 3 different, smaller seating areas, a kitchen designed with old-world flair, a full spa-like bathroom and a queen bedroom if overnight accommodations are needed for one person or a couple.  The area is made of rich wood, stone, brick and glass. The doors are 100% mahogany imported from Mexico, the wood stairs are from trees on the property, milled right here with old-world decorative nail heads.  The lighting is romantic, great sound system, private entrance with patio and outdoor space of glass-topped wine barrels, seating and decorative lighting.  A portable gas fire-pit is available for use.

Hudson Valley Wine Cellar

A warm, welcoming space with biophilic design. This restaurant is perfect for your next photoshoots, restaurant scenes in films, or events up to 50 people. 

The entryway leads straight to the bar; with a lounge that has a stone fireplace and statement chairs. The dining room is spacious but feels intimate at the same time. Most pieces in the room can be moved to fit your needs! The decor is minimal but intentional, the color-palette neutral and clean, and the materials evoke a sense of nature. 

Food can be catered by use for additional charge by our in house chef.
