"Ignored the few simple rules I have in the studio. Went into my neighbor’s studio and used it after being reminded twice not to, moved furniture, left trash in the unit full of pizza and an open water bottle that leaked through to the floor, left food crumbs and makeup on the makeup station. On top of that, broke a piece of art, said “it just fell out of nowhere” and left some glass on the floor. Has ignored my messages since checking out. Wouldn’t rent to Ratchel again. "
