Studio space is on the third floor of 1950s building. With both stair and elevator access, this 1500 sf space has east facing large windows which can be covered with the motorized roller shades as well as north facing block glass, and a skylight offering beautiful diffused light. There is also a patio door that can be opened for full length diffused light.

Gorgeous natural light studio located in the heart of pioneer square! This adorable plant-filled "loft" has south-facing windows which floods the space with light all year round! You are welcome to bring props & decor if you would like. 

White floors, exposed brick & white walls make it an open space with lots of possibilities! Ideal for portraits, corporate headshots, commercial or styled shoots, video, and other small productions.

We have provided some seamless rolls, and a backdrop holder for your use! 
Any studio lighting would need to be brought with you as none is provided at this time. 
We do have a freight elevator that is accessible from the street level and makes unloading and loading very easy!  

ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. 

Please note, this is an old building. It is also a shared building space. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, this is a walk up unit. Freight elevator can only be accessed from inside the building on the 2nd floor. 

SECURITY: There is a camera for entry and doorway only. No camera directed in shooting spaces. Records in 10 second clips, deleted after 24 hours. This is for the security of space only. 

VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: There are tenants below and above. The windows are not soundproof. Street noise can be heard. Please book with the understanding that you may experience background noise.

We are happy to share our 1300 sqft. vacant storefront space that is conveniently located in Wicker Park downtown Chicago. The space has minimal furnishings, allowing it to be the perfect canvas for any kind of event that you may be hosting. After drawing back the curtains, we have a beautiful, naturally lit space that comes with an assortment of folding tables and chairs to use at your disposal. Additionally, we have a backdrop stand, and light stands in the closet at the back of the unit, along with a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster that you may use as you wish. The space is located near the intersection of North Avenue and Ashland Avenue, making it close to everything that Wicker Park has to offer, and you have the ease of contactless entry by using the key in the lockbox near the entrance.

NOTE: NATURAL LIGHT is none existent in the space on a cloudy, overcast day.  Our floor to ceiling windows face WEST so exposure is best in the hours leading up to the SUN setting.

The Studio Loft

2,300 sqft gym with exposed brick walls, 18 ft ceilings, and lots of sunlight. The first 930sqft is an open movement floor that transitions into a classic black rubber gym flooring where all the equipment is stored. Ideal for athletic and fitness product, performance, photography, and film shoots.

There are two bathrooms and one shower, a small kitchen, brand new HVAC, and a high-end audio system. There is available parking in the back as well as convenient street parking. 

Capacity is around 50 people.

This sun-filled home is a 1,400 SQ ft. Space located on the 9th floor with a breathtaking view of DTLA. This is a professional space dedicated for all types of events. Offsite bookings apply only Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (office hours) with a max. capacity of 12 people. For any other event, different rates apply and will increase the max. capacity to 18 attendees. Please note there is a cat on site - probably one of the friendliest cat you’ll ever meet :) If you’d like me to keep him in the bedroom, that’s not a problem please let me know ahead of time! 

Before I list down what’s included in your booking, please respect my number 1 house rule: 
If you use it, take care of it. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you move it, put it back. If you break it, fix it. (or notify me please) If you make a mess, clean it up. Pretty simple. Myself (and other hosts I’m sure) have put a lot of work into these lovely spaces, which is also my home. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to fun stuff…

Left Eyed Studios is a full service commercial photo studio located on the Fishtown/ Kensington border in Philadelphia. Our 570 sq. ft studio is on the 5th floor of a converted factory building and provides plenty of charm and character. The space has two large south facing windows that offer great natural light as well as a wonderful view of the skyline. The large freight elevator right outside our door makes transporting gear very easy. You'll have access to our wifi and speaker system and we rent photo equipment (camera's, lights, modifiers and more).

The space is very bright, open, spacious and warm. It has a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and wooden floors create a picturesque and antique feel. The space comes with 5 different sections to shoot in plus a kitchen and private bathroom.

A SMOKING FEE of $99 applies if you need to smoke for the shots. You can purchase this as an add-on once you submit a booking request.

Location is conveniently located one block away from the 1 train.

PLEASE NOTE that if you are looking to drive and park here, it is best to arrive 15-20 minutes prior as there is street parking on the block. There is also a parking lot on 184th and Broadway.

All furniture is included and there is one soft box available for an additional $15.

This space has a 5th floor walk up.

Royal Velvet / Baroque Luxury / Great Gatsby Space

Need an inspiring space for the day!  We've got you covered! Mission Loft is a gorgeous light filled video and photo production space. The standard rental period is 2 hours or more anytime between 8AM and 8PM.

The studio has an open floor plan (dining, kitchen and living room) that can host up to a 10 person production crew in casual San Francisco style. 

Mission Loft is located in a recently renovated 1908 Victorian residential building with 10' ceilings, amazing light, a designer kitchen and lots of comfortable seating. The property is approximately 1,300 sqft and the kitchen / dining / living room area is 500 sqft (25'x20').

The 8 windows in the common area are all essentially north facing - the light is diffused and does not shine directly into the space.

You may park in the driveway for 5 to 10 minutes during unloading and loading, but will need to find alternate parking during their stay.  There are metered spots available or several parking garages in the neighborhood (Mission Bartlett Garage).

Our home is not a party house, if you intend to make excessive noise, and are not able to respect our quiet hours of 10pm, this is not the right property for you. Our home is a thoughtfully curated space for families, friends and loved ones. This home offers abundant outdoor living, entertaining spaces and unique amenities and is all within close proximity to all the top attractions such as Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Coronado Beaches, Downtown Waterfront Park and Little Italy. It is ideal for any type of traveler and gives visitors the ability to be in the heart of it all while still being able to rest and enjoy the comforts of home. 

The home has a large kitchen and dining room that is set up to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The comfortable and cozy living room is the perfect place to hang out or watch your favorite shows and movies after a day of exploring San Diego and enjoying the sun in the backyard. Hotel style linens and beds, blackout curtains and air conditioning in both bedrooms make for a good nights sleep. 

It is truly a peaceful place to exhale, reset and relax.

We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our home and we keep it at the highest standard. Our entire home, its surfaces, floors and electronics are cleaned 2-3 times per week professionally with disinfectant antibacterial products (Lysol Wipes, Clorox Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner, Vinegar and Bleach). Our home is fully stocked with these products for guests to use as well as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fresh towels and linens, soap and tissues.

In order to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our activity and family amenities as well as our hot tub we charge a $20 management fee per reservation.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

Additional Notes: 
- San Diego's temperate climate is ideal and we found that you really only need A/C a few weeks out of the year at the end of summer. We have installed portable A/C units in each of the rooms, the central air unit is for heat only. 
- Inside the home we have 1 full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom, outside we have a relaxing zen outdoor shower/bathroom (excludes a sink).
- We also have a bonus space in the garage for guests to workout with dumbbells, a mat and resistance bands.
- We've added $10.00 to our cleaning fee for hot tub maintenance. 
- A fifth guest can be accommodated comfortably on the sectional couch.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Stunning Spanish Urban Oasis - Spacious and Tropical Backyard on a 6000 sq. ft. lot

Our studio is a clean and organized space for all of your production needs. The 1,400 sq. ft. space consists of a 23'x30' shooting area with 14' ceiling as well as white walls and floor. There are currently 3 white walls, white floor, black ceiling and one fake grass wall. It also features a production holding area with couches, desks, 2 vanity stations, steamer, changing area, refrigerator and private bathroom. There is a bay door as well for easy loading and unloading.

The space is great for photo shoots, corporate videos, commercials, table top, wardrobe fittings, production meetings, casting and so much more. 

LIGHTING EQUIPMENT NOT INCLUDED with hourly rental. There are equipment rental companies right next door as well as less than a mile away. Message us for details.

Please note we are a natural light studio - Morning until 3pm is the best day light from eastern facing windows. We recommend you bring additional lighting for reservations past 4pm, especially in the winter months.

OVERTIME: Your time booked is from ENTRY - to EXIT. Please book enough time to set up, shoot in the space, and clean up after your shoot. This includes returning all props and furniture back to the way you found them. We ask that you be mindful of the reservation starting after you.

An overtime fee will be automatically be charged at a rate of $10 for every 5 minutes over the original reservation end time. This overtime charge applies to all guests/clients in your reservation.

Here at The Estate Palm Springs, it is our mission to take you back in time to the glamorous days of Palm Springs, with the modern comforts of today. 



ABOUT THE SPACE: 

The Estate is fitted with contemporary flair while featuring today’s smart-home technology, including whole home audio, WiFi, Apple TV’s in every room and state-of-the-art bathrooms with ToTo washlets. Unique to The Estate, we have added a custom workout room featuring the Peloton Mirror, which offers an array of live virtual classes, a Peloton bike and Peloton treadmill. 

The crown jewel is the recently renovated backyard which features all the luxuries of a five-star hotel including a heated salt-water pool and spa, natural gas fire table, ping-pong table, basketball hoop and putting green. Oversized, luxury chaise lounges grace the pool, while an array of seating options abound the expansive grounds. An outdoor kitchen under the sparkling Edison bulbs in the gazebo offers an easy option for al-fresco entertaining, with seating for ten.

The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, dual dishwashers, a wine fridge, Nespresso machine and every kitchen gadget imaginable for entertaining indoors or out. Dining options are abundant - dine in style in the formal dining room, pull up a barstool to the breakfast bar, grab a coffee at the breakfast table or enjoy al-fresco dining on the veranda or in the gazebo.  

The five bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to bring whimsy and flair into the home with names such as The Marilyn Suite, The Royal Blue Suite, The Banksy-Inspired Room, The Safari Room and The Beverly Hills Room.

Dual washers and dryers available in the home, and there is ample parking with a three-car garage and two gated carports to accommodate up to ten vehicles.

The Estate is a quick 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from fine dining and shopping. Palm Springs is a golfer’s paradise with numerous courses to choose from, plenty of trails for hiking and not to be missed is the Aerial Tramway offering breathtaking views of the desert.

CLEANING
Crews must be respectful of the space and must put furniture back if moved and place trash in trash bin. 

Booking minimum of 2 hour. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-8pm. After hour rentals are available at double the rate.  Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime.
