Why We Started the Ambassador Program

About the program

At Peerspace, we believe that you – the creative community – are the heart of our brand. You seek spectacular moments in the everyday and understand how the perfect space can bring your creative vision to life, whether that’s an upcoming social event, imaginative production, or inspiring team meeting. So, rather than give even more money to the world’s largest advertising companies, we created our Ambassador program to put our marketing dollars in your hands and compensate you for the incredible content you’re already creating.

This program is designed to amplify your voice and work. Through our unique Ambassador challenges each month, we hope to open doors to new possibilities and inspire creative communities around the world. From fashion photoshoots and indie films to birthday parties and baby showers, we can’t wait to build something extraordinary together.

Below you’ll find more information on the program and ways to troubleshoot any questions you have – from applying and getting started, to content guidelines and receiving payments.

Getting started

How can I apply to be an Ambassador?

You can apply to be a Peerspace Ambassador using the application form here. When applying, be sure to use the same email address as your Peerspace account.

What is Roster?

Roster is a rewards platform that provides content creators with an easy way to earn cash by talking about products and brands they love on Instagram or TikTok. Peerspace has partnered with Roster to power our Ambassador program.

When will I know whether I was accepted or not?

We will accept new Ambassadors into the program at the start of each month.

Content guidelines

How do I know what content to create and post?

When you log into your Ambassador portal, you will see available Challenges listed under the Campaigns tab that describe what type of content we’re asking our Ambassadors to create and post in that month. Please make sure to fully read all instructions and challenge guidelines before posting.

Do I need to book a Peerspace to create content for the Ambassador Program?

No, we do not expect our Ambassadors to book a Peerspace solely for the purposes of creating content for this program! Instead, we hope you will either create content at an upcoming booking you’ve already planned, or create content using existing footage from an earlier activity.

Can I submit one video to multiple challenges and/or on multiple social platforms?

While you are welcome to use some of the same footage and/or post on several platforms, cash rewards are determined based on what unique content you post for each challenge on either Instagram or TikTok. The video content must be unique to each post  – editing just the caption does not qualify as distinct content. Ways to make your content eligible for several challenges could include adding a unique voiceover, adding new video footage or images, or showing screenshots of the Peerspace website or app.

Can I post photos instead of videos?

Content requirements will vary my challenge – our quarterly video challenges are designed to showcase unique, creative video content from our Ambassadors. In our monthly mini challenges, however, Ambassadors are welcome to post either photos or videos.

Challenges

How often are challenges updated?

New challenges will be added each month. We’ll email all active Ambassadors each time a new challenge launches.

Can I submit the same video for multiple challenges?

No, while you are welcome to use some of the same footage and/or post on several platforms, cash rewards are determined based on what unique content you post for each challenge on either Instagram or TikTok.

Earnings and receiving payouts

How much money can I earn?

For quarterly video challenges, Ambassadors will earn a set amount when their videos achieve a minimum of 500 views on Instagram or TikTok and additional money per one thousand views achieved during the challenge period. For monthly mini challenges, Ambassadors will earn a set amount. Exact dollar amounts are detailed in your Ambassador portal, and may vary depending on the challenge and/or month. Ambassadors can earn up to $500 per challenge.

Is there a minimum view count requirement?

In order to be eligible for rewards for quarterly video challenges, Ambassadors’ videos must achieve a minimum of 500 views on Instagram or TikTok. There is no minimum view count requirement for monthly mini challenges.

How do I earn cash rewards and receive them?

To earn cash rewards, you need to post unique video content per challenge on either Instagram or TikTok – remember to tag @peerspace and #peerspaceambassador to get credit! For quarterly video challenges, compensation is based on a minimum number of views your video achieves during the challenge period as well as overall content performance. Once you are accepted into the program and have completed a challenge, we will request your payment information (PayPal or Venmo) through the Roster platform. Once the challenge ends, we’ll distribute payment through PayPal or Venmo.

How can I add my payment information?

Ambassadors can add payment information once they are approved and participating in Challenges. To add your payment information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into Roster
  2. Click the three lines on the top right of the screen, then select Account Settings, then select Payment Information
  3. Choose PayPal or Venmo, and add the email address associated with your Paypal or Venmo account
  4. Click Save

When will I receive my payment?

We’ll distribute payments at the end of each challenge. You can only receive payment if you have correctly set up your payment information.

Do you offer an affiliate (or revenue-sharing) option?

At this time we only offer the pay-per-views model described above. However, we encourage all Ambassadors to use the Peerspace Referral program to earn $50 in credits every time someone uses their referral code: www.peerspace.com/referrals

I’m having trouble with the Roster platform. What should I do?
