Leah Weinberg is the founder of Weinberg Legal, an attorney, and a former New York City-based wedding planner. With nearly a decade of experience as the owner of Color Pop Events, Leah built a reputation for creating vibrant, unforgettable celebrations. Now, she’s channeling that expertise into her legal career, offering much-needed support to the events industry and entrepreneurial community. Leah is also the author of The Wedding Roller Coaster, a deep look at the emotional side of weddings. A passionate educator, she has been a WeddingPro Educator with The Knot + WeddingWire since 2020, traveling nationally and internationally to share her insights at events like DWP Congress, Be Sage Conference, and NACE. Dedicated to fostering growth and inclusivity in the industry, Leah serves on the Allied Council for the National Society of Black Wedding and Event Professionals (NSBWEP) and mentors through NSBWEP’s Mentor Program and WeddingPro’s Fellowship for Change initiative.
