Parties are good for your health.

Science says so.

Ever wonder why some people light up at chaotic karaoke nights, while others prefer getting lost in heart-to-hearts over a glass of wine?

After seeing thousands of gatherings unfold in our spaces, we got curious: what's really happening when people connect? We teamed up with an expert and dug into research. Turns out, connection matters now more than ever: but connection isn't a one-size-fits-all. There are eight unique ways people connect—and whichever one you are affects how fun (or awkward) a party might feel.

That's why we made this quiz—to help you discover your social connection style and party in a way that's best for you.

Let's meet the social connection styles
