The fully remodeled kitchen anchors the main level — complete with a Smeg refrigerator, rustic modern finishes, and clean lines that style effortlessly for product, food, and lifestyle shoots. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light throughout the day, while the upstairs primary bedroom features dual skylights that create a bright, airy atmosphere ideal for portrait and beauty work.
Both bathrooms bring distinct visual energy: a sleek rain shower on the main level, and a full soaking tub with modern rustic detailing upstairs — both production-ready for wellness, beauty, and hospitality content.

Also 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it sits deeper in the woods with its own distinct forest vibe, a private hot tub, and a completely different aesthetic palette — giving productions two unique looks within minutes of each other.
Beyond these two properties, we have access to multiple additional locations in the Catskills area available for overnight production stays — making Destino an ideal base for multi-day shoots, brand retreats, and content campaigns that need variety, flexibility, and a cohesive creative environment throughout.

DESTINO 2 - Valley Cottage with Views - 3 bedrooms, fireplace, hot tub

his restored 1922 stone garage offers a dramatic and versatile setting for a wide range of activities, including film and photography shoots, creative workshops, offsites, retreats, intimate weddings, elopements, art installations, and small events. With its soaring 20ft ceilings, rare cast-iron trusses, and open 45×60ft layout, the space provides a cinematic industrial atmosphere that works beautifully for both production and gathering-based uses.

The main hall is a completely open-span interior with no columns, making it easy to adapt for sets, lighting rigs, staging, seating layouts, or workshop configurations. A new steel-and-glass double entry door creates an elegant front access point, while the original garage bays allow straightforward load-in for equipment or even vehicles. Additional adjacent spaces—including a woodshop, vintage furniture showroom, and an upstairs apartment—may be available for use as holding rooms, green rooms, dressing areas, or additional shooting environments.

Unique features include the building’s original 1922 stone walls, exposed cast-iron truss system, and historic concrete slab, which together create a visually rich backdrop rarely found in the region. Modern upgrades such as efficient heating and double-glazed windows ensure comfort year-round without compromising the character of the space. Historic 1922 Stone Garage with 20ft Ceilings in the Catskills

Hand-built log cabin from 1973 with accompanying Land Rover Series III (also from 1973). 

The Cabin is perfect for photo and film shoots. The full length film "Scare Me" was filmed almost entirely at the Cabin in 2018 and premiered at Sundance Film Festival. Additional film and photo shoots have been hosted at the cabin over the years, including a great photos series by the fashion brand Rowing Blazers. 

There is a separate, finished basement and garage with a dedicated entrance and bathroom. This is a great area for storage, staging, and production offices. 

The main Cabin space has two additional bathrooms. The upper loft area is a great dedicated dressing room for talent. 

The great room (with stone fireplace) has extremely high ceilings (great for shooting). And the kitchen and bathroom on the main level maintain a vintage feel. 

There are 2 streams and a pond on the 5 acre property with plenty of trees and wooded areas.
