Rent a garage in Granbury, TX

Nestled in the center of a 2-acre wooded lot, this bright airy farmhouse built in 2019 may be new, but it's so full of character and charm, you'd never know it wasn't here all along! Even though the house is surrounded by trees, the house has beautiful natural light inside.

Located in a small very quiet neighborhood of just 6 houses, each one on about 2 acres, and just 2 miles from the historic downtown square where scenes from Paramount's "1890" were filmed.

The house is a spacious open concept with ample circulation space and white oak flooring throughout. A gracious open stair hall with white oak stairs and welcomes you to enter the heart of the house from the Foyer.

Most walls and ceilings have custom trim work such as board and batten, shiplap, beadboard, tongue and groove, etc. The vaulted Living Room celling features beautiful scissor trusses and exposed rafters. Reclaimed barn wood from the 1800s frames the fireplace and kitchen sink area. Every space is bright, clean and uncluttered.
