Rent a cabin in Sagle, ID

Private property with plenty of space between you and neighbors. Set on 2.5 sprawling acres in a cedar grove just steps from Lake Pend Oreille, Kumo Cabin is the ultimate North Idaho setting for productions seeking a design-forward, fresh cabin aesthetic.
The entire house is newly renovated, with design-forward bathrooms and bedrooms offering remarkable stylistic versatility — ranging from wabi-sabi Japanese-inspired minimalism to Colonial American charm, mid-century touches, and even a playful pirate-boat-chic sensibility. This range makes the home adaptable to a wide variety of visual briefs and creative directions.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area offers plenty of room for crews to move around, making setup, blocking, and equipment staging seamless for production. The land includes two natural ponds (one for fishing, one for plunging), a cedar hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna — along with a large wraparound deck that immerses you in the elements. Inside, cedar-paneled walls, a natural stone fireplace, and raw material finishes throughout the kitchen create a warm, elevated backdrop with abundant natural light and total privacy.
Despite its seclusion, all the resources of a bustling small town are just 7 minutes away in Downtown Sandpoint — restaurants, shops, and local amenities. Lake access is 30 seconds across the street at the Hatchery dock, and Springy Point Beach is just 5 minutes down the road. It's an idyllic setting for sunset shoots on the dock or getting out on the water by boat.
