I wanted to get in touch about this space for my 30th birthday party. My family is coming into town, and then celebrating with friends and co-workers and fell in love with the photos of this space. I think it could be perfect, just the look I was going for too! Ideally the plan is to do drinks and maybe a station of food or small bites that would be easy to stand and eat- would love to chat about the preferred caterers you use in this space too

networking event with guest speakers

The event will be a networking event and we'll have one or two guest speakers. I'll bring wine and maybe some light bites. I'll also bring cups and napkins. No chairs needed except the one behind your desk which we can use for registration. Don't need any tables either. If you can hire your gal to be our bartender, we'll need her from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. I believe you said $25/hour + $25 tip, correct? As we discussed, if you have a current exhibition or use your "house art" for a backdrop, that will be awesome. We have one banner that we use as a photo backdrop which has its own stand. I also have 2 22x28" posters that sit on easels which I'll bring with me. The crowd will be architects, designers, visual merchandisers, educators and vendors to the trade (flooring, lighting etc..) Number of guests may be as low as 40 or as high as 140 - it all depends on who's available that night etc.. I'll put 140 in the next box.
