SPACE ACCESS:  Staff on-site to greet guests, if not the key secured in a lock will be accessible. You must staff your own event inclusive of load-in/set-up and load-out/exit. Please budget time accordingly and provide advance notice if you believe you need extra time. Early arrival/late departure will be billed in 30-minute increments to 1.5x the contracted hourly rate.

Boutique Event Garden House in Chicago

The space holds up to 100 ppl standing and 50ppl sitting. We have 40 chairs and 7 long square tables, speaker, TVs, refrigerator and WiFi. 
Also have an outdoor patio area for an additional charge. 
Provide Decorations for an additional charge, prices vary depending on clients wants.
Bringing alcohol is an additional charge for security.We also have the option for a cash bar and there’s no extra charge for it

The Party Palace

Day parties, live performances, baby showers, birthday parties, outdoor movie nights, and small weddings all work really well in this space. You access the space by going through our Thrift boutique and heading through the back. This makes the space perfect for surprise parties and a speakeasy vibe. In addition, we have lighting with color options (White, Red, Green, Blue), a 10 person patio set, benches, a bar, a grass wall, and tables/chairs included in the rental.  There is also sound equipment, fire pits, patio heaters, tenting, and an indoor space available for an additional cost.  When you add the indoor space the store is closed and you enter the front door to utilize the entire space. We also offer great deals on decorations, bartending, and other services.
