We have friendly dogs who may be present during your stay. If you have any specific requests or concerns regarding your visit, we kindly ask that you communicate them to us in advance. If the dogs are present it would just be for the initial welcoming and it’s absolutely possible to have them not be in the common areas. Built in 2018, this space is my home and my kitchen studio for virtual cooking classes and recipe development film and photo shoots. Clean lines, dutch door, and a wood ceiling in the loft.

During shoots, I can remain offsite or discreetly tucked away in a separate area to ensure privacy and focus.

Logistics are simple with 2 parking spaces available on the driveway, including ample street parking. Upstairs, an east-facing master bedroom and luxurious full bathroom with soaking tub provide additional serene backdrops perfect for lifestyle, editorial, or commercial content. Outside, both the front yard and private backyard offer picturesque settings while maintaining neighborhood privacy.

• Quick on-site support for layout changes, continuity needs, or lighting adjustments when needed.
