Rent a space with a bathtub in Tigard, OR

Welcome to the Modern Danish Style Oasis for Creatives—a thoughtfully designed space where Mid-century modern meets Scandinavian minimalism. This +1,200 sq. ft. home is bathed in natural light from morning to sunset, thanks to expansive east-facing windows, making it an ideal canvas for photographers, videographers, and creative teams.

Step inside and be greeted by a dramatic high-ceiling entryway that instantly sets the tone for inspired work. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together and feature marble accents, mid-century–influenced lighting, and a curated collection of Danish and vintage modern furniture. Every corner is styled with intention, offering multiple ready-made vignettes for your production. All pieces may be rearranged as needed, as a host I am happy to assist with adjustments before or during your session. During shoots, I can remain offsite or discreetly tucked away in a separate area to ensure privacy and focus.

Logistics are simple with 2 parking spaces available on the driveway, including ample street parking. Upstairs, an east-facing master bedroom and luxurious full bathroom with soaking tub provide additional serene backdrops perfect for lifestyle, editorial, or commercial content. Outside, both the front yard and private backyard offer picturesque settings while maintaining neighborhood privacy.

As a fellow creative photographer and director, I understand exactly what a smooth shoot day requires—nimble support, problem-solving, and a host who anticipates production needs. I’ve been hands-on and flexible for past commercial clients, assisting with:

• Hosting in-person location scouting with producers and directors prior to shoot day.

• Adjusting or temporarily removing wall fixtures to accommodate set design.

• Supporting art departments by installing temporary elements, such as custom fireplace mantles.

• Coordinating with producers and set designers days in advance, allowing them to drop off props, staging objects, and materials to streamline load-in.

• Quick on-site support for layout changes, continuity needs, or lighting adjustments when needed.

Whether you're producing a photo shoot, filming branded content, hosting a creative session, or building your next campaign, this home is designed to elevate your vision with style and functionality.
