FREE paper backdrops for portraits!

We got lots of different colored paper backdrops at the location,

- Backdrops are FREE if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it.
But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $29.99 rate.

- One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $29.99 fee.

- Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $59.
If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $75.

Rates exclude cleaning/damage fees (billed only upon occurrence).
An additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and an available light modifier).

Stage is not soundproof (there might be noise as music/speech and street sounds).
There is no way to discern the level of noise we have here from day to day, for it is never the same. It all depends on who is shooting what and of course, there is the ambient noise coming from the street/ outside (cars, music from the stage next door) From past experience - it should be ok if you are using the mic, but again there is no guarantee. I do not recommend our studios for sound sensitive projects

All overnight bookings that go beyond 11 PM, bookings with more than 20 attendees, or at the discretion of the host, a security deposit may be required. require a refundable security deposit of $525, collected in advance. The deposit is fully refunded after the booking, provided the studio is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges. Any damages, booking extensions, additional services, rentals, or rule violations will be deducted from the deposit.

Please do not step on the curve of the cyc wall and do not touch walls or stick anything unless pre-approved by us. Violations may result in a repaint fee charged.

Why Productions Choose This Location:
✔ Authentic 19th-century architectural detail
✔ Strong visual depth & texture on camera
✔ Multiple looks within one property
✔ Production-friendly access
✔ Minutes from Manhattan
✔ Experienced with professional film, television, and commercial productions.

Featuring nine uniquely-styled rooms across three floors (Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor) the house offers an abundance of inspiring spaces for realizing your next project.

We've lovingly and painstakingly restored it's original details ourselves to serve as both our home and a creative space for film and photo shoots.

*PLEASE NOTE: $100/hr represents our base rate and only applies to groups of 1-5 people using only the Parlor Floor*

Our pricing structure is based on group size and which floors are used. There are three floors: Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor. Each floor is priced as follows:

1-5 people $100/hr
6-15 people $150/hr
16-30 people $200/hr

The Parlor Floor represents the base rate and is part of every booking as it is where the main entrance is (so there’s no way for guests to not occupy the space while shooting), so if you'd like to access either of the other floors they would need to be added on top of that.

For example: 1-5 people using just the Parlor Floor would be $100/hr, but the same group using both the Parlor Floor and the Ground Floor would be $200/hr.

To keep things simple (and because the numbers can add up pretty quickly) we do offer the whole house for $250/hr.
