1. Bishop Castle

We’re starting off this list with an extremely unusual attraction! It’s a castle that’s been in the process of being built by a man named Jim Bishop for almost six decades. It’s a major roadside attraction on State Highway 165. The castle contains three stories of rooms, including a grand ballroom, soaring towers, and bridges with incredibly natural vistas. It’s a fascinating place to visit and certainly worth taking a look.
